This fitting is hardwearing and is built for life outdoors. It has a shatter-proof transparent polycarbonate diffuser and is robust enough for coastal locations. With an IP33 it is protected against solid objects greater that 12mm (i.e. fingers) and spraying water (rainproof).

The Scorpius Maxi Wall Downlight comes with a 15 year guarantee against corrosion.

Bulb Requirements

Whilst this downlight accepts a maximum 60W Screw GLS bulb, due to current legislation, Lighting Direct recommends an energy saving or LED alternative.
